Gloriosa Fill

Gloriosa Fill is an innovative rejuvenation procedure that allows you to restore the structure and function of the dermis by stimulating the natural formation of collagen in the skin. Gloriosa Fill is based on poly-L-lactic acid, obtained in laboratory conditions by double lyophilization. Consists of a lyophilized powder consisting of microparticles of L-isomer polylactic acid, carboxymethylcellulose and pyrogenic mannitol. Gloriosa Fill particles have a smooth surface and a rounded shape, without sharp edges, which reduces the risk of uncontrolled inflammation. They also have a porous surface, allowing for better tissue integration and fibroblast fixation. GLORIOSA FILL microparticles have a diameter of 30 to 50 micrometers. After introduction into the tissue, polylactic acid starts a chain reaction: the acid activates fibroblasts, fibroblasts actively produce collagen and elastin fibers, and heteropolysaccharides - hyaluronic acid - are actively released in the intercellular matrix. Thanks to the effect on fibroblasts, the production of more of its own collagen is actively stimulated and a strong and, importantly, natural collagen framework is created in the tissues. The effect on the main cells - fibroblasts - leads to increased synthesis of all components of the extracellular matrix, restoration of regulatory, trophic and metabolic processes. Clinically, this is accompanied by an increase in skin elasticity, an improvement in its visco-elastic characteristics, which leads to the smoothing of fine wrinkles, a decrease in the depth of folds and creases, and a decrease in the severity of gravitational ptosis.
