Frozen Deco Extreme Illuminating Powder

Indications for use: powder is designed to work in all techniques of lightening hair, creating color stretches and decapitation

Mode of application: prepare a clarifying mixture using FROZEN DECO clarifying powder and ACTIV PULP active enzyme in a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.5, depending on the desired consistency. Like all lightening agents, the powder can be used for partial or complete lightening. Dilute in a bowl: 1 part (30 g) brightening powder + 2 parts (60 ml) ACTIV PULP 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.4. Mix thoroughly with a plastic brush. Choose the most suitable ACTIV PULP according to the desired level of lightening. For a more delicate lightening of hair and when working with damaged hair, use the FROZEN DECO lightening powder in combination with the OXILOCK PLASMA MIRACLE COME TRUE complex.
